• 1 telephone conference to go over timeline (do not exceed 2 hours) 

• Guide and assist client with wedding rehearsal (do not exceed 2 hours) 

• 1 site visit (do not exceed 2 hours) 

• Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception 

• Manage the timeline and assist bride with all tasks during ceremony and reception such as changing outfits, pack all personal belongings at the end of event etc. 

• Coordinate with vendors to execute all details 

• Organize payment of all vendors 

• Create checklist 

• Work with vendors to minimize stress and maximize fun time!
